DELIVERIES IN ZIMBABWE

  • A flat fee will be charged for home deliveries within 10km of the CBD, the delivery prices are determined by a 3rd party arranging the deliveries and not by us.

  • You’re the one: Meaning we endeavor to make each and every customer feel they are the most important person in the store at any given time.

  • Most sneakers BUT NOT ALL would be available in store to buy, outliers can still be ordered.

  • If preferring home delivery, the delivery fee should be paid in Zimbabwe. Contact the shop for further details.

  • If ordering from outside Harare but in Zimbabwe please inquire about delivery charges before placing your order. Shipping outside Harare is arranged via FEDEX.

  • Outside Harare? Unable to pay online? We accept Internal(ZW) Western Union payments and Sendittoo payments. Contact the shop for further details.

  • It takes approximately 14 working days to have your goods delivered in Zimbabwe from the UK if we do not have them in our shop.


    POLICY

  • Once you have left our premises with a pair of sneakers/clothing /accessory, no refunds will be made, please ensure to check you are happy with our purchase before leaving.

  • Exchanges may be permitted subject to availability

    The sneaker has to be in the same condition as when bought.

  • You can only exchange your sneaker for a different size or an alternative of similar value.
